Position Description

**Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data extraction and analysis, with proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as experience with pulling reports in Workday and Tableau. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including Workday and other databases.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and features to manipulate and analyze data sets.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
• Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Assist in the development of business cases and project proposals based on data analysis.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices within the organization.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas).
• Experience with Workday and Tableau for data management and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation is an advantage.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
• Experience with all facets of the HR recruiting process, sourcing, candidate selection etc.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
