Position Description

**Secret Clearance Required to Start**

Performs systems checks on the ground and in-flight for functional test flights and engineering tests on the Chinook (H-47F) aircraft. Develops and maintains aircraft flight test procedures. Evaluates payload and fuel requirements. Instructs personnel in test functions and flight engineer crew duties.

Requirements

Required:
CH-47F qualified Flight Engineer
Current FAA Class II flight physical
Minimum 500 flight hours as CH-47 Flight Engineer
Current SECRET security clearance

Preferred:
US Army Flight Engineer Instructor qualified
1000 flight hours as CH-47 Flight Engineer
Current in CH-47F flight operations

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
