Position Description

* MUST HAVE: Hands-on experience and knowledge of extending Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) software suite; experience with the Procurement and Spend Analytics module of OBIA**

The IT SSG Supply Chain Systems team is looking to fill a senior level ETL programmer / developer role for its Spend Analytics project.
The person must be highly motivated and technically competent to perform in a fast pace team in order to meet tight project deadlines.
The Spend Analytics project has a requirement to integrate data from over 70 procure-to-pay systems into a single data-warehouse that will enable business intelligence tools to analyze and provide decision support capabilities to enable a small group of highly skilled internal analysts to develop strategies based on the enterprise data.
The person in this role would be in-charge of leading the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) effort required for each of these 70 systems.
The right candidate would have in-depth expertise and experience with Informatica, Oracle Data-Warehouse, SQL / PLSQL, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, and UNIX/Linux scripting.

JOB SKILLS

Education
* Bachelors in Computer Science / Engineering is required.
* Masters in Computer Science / Engineering is preferred.

Experience
* 5+ years experience in relational databases
* 5+ years experience in all phases of software development lifecycle
* 5+ years experience in a similar Application Architect or Technical Lead role
* Extensive experience implementing Informatica ETL solutions, including performing data analysis and profiling, creating mappings, workflows, etc.
* Experience in decision support / business intelligence concepts, leading practices and tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Cognos, etc.
* Must be knowledgeable in all types of data modeling, including strong dimensional modeling techniques
* Extensive Unit, Integration and Performance Testing experience is essential
* Testing procedures for white and black box testing and test documentation
* Above average Unix command and shell script coding skills
* ETL Specification Design and Documentation skills
* Proficiency writing complex SQL queries
* Proficient with Windows and Unix/Linux platforms
* Expertise in web scripting, XML, JavaScript, Shell/Perl scripting, Microsoft Office
* Strong aptitude to learn and apply new technologies
* Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
