JOB DUTIES:
This position will comprise of the following job duties:
Repsonsible for new hire orientation.
Collecting and organizing data to support program status meetings.
Maintain and distribute meeting agenda's to entire team.
Take notes and action items during the weekly meetings.
Responsible for arranging travel and expense reports for entire team.
Maintain a facilities plan.
Keep organization charts up to date.
Track team training and ensure is completed on time.
Ensure that Program Directives are distributed to the right people on the team.
Process documentation and SharePoint maintenance.
Drive implementation of Lean+ and 5S in the workplace.
Maintain out of office calendar for management.
Ensure impact assessments are completed on time.
Manage the budget spread tool.
