Position

Overview

Performs with minimal direction and supports the Learning, Training and Development organization in the following ways: Applies knowledge of effective written communication and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials (e.g., executive level briefings, management reviews, newsletters, status reports, brochures) to leadership, employees and internal customers. Work with leadership team in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to meet business requirements. Researches and evaluates organizational administrative issues, identifies options and recommends performance planning and tracking solutions. Contributes to the development and maintenance of project schedule and budget, assists in monitoring and tracking execution to plan and communicates status. Consults on, and performs a variety of support services (e.g., asset management, computing security, communications, policy and procedure review, process documentation, safety, facilities, etc). Develops, coordinates and continuously assesses overall meeting/review architecture to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information. Works with leadership to determine the purpose and content of each meeting/review and utilizes appropriate technologies to enable global interaction/collaboration. JOB SKILLS: Business operations knowledge in order to identify and analyze effeciencies for improvement. Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player, able to collaborate with a large, diverse and dynamic team.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
