JOB DUTIES: Support the 737 MAX Program leadership team members. Responsibilities include performing with minimal supervision and guiding others in the assembly of data from multiple sources using applicable schedules. Use ingenuity and innovation to compile or create complex reports (e.g., periodic reviews, audit responses, budget and capital planning, metrics) for management reviews and tracking performance to plan. Research and evaluate complex organizational administrative issues, identify options and recommend solutions to customers. Consult on, and guide others in the performance of a variety of support services (e.g., web design and maintenance, computing security, communications, policy and procedure review, process documentation, asset management, forms design and delivery) and serve as representative/ spokesperson for the organization. Conceptualize, coordinate and develop executive level briefings. Lead the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget, ensure the execution of the plan and communicate status to all project participants. Interface and negotiate with focal points (e.g., telecommunications, computing, safety, security, facilities) to satisfy the needs of the business (e.g., consolidations, reductions, new business requirements, reorganizations) and employees (e.g., ergonomic, health, safety, virtual office, telecommuting)
JOB SKILLS: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work experience using Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience preparing presentation materials and planning the logistics for senior level meetings.
3+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
