Health and Fitness Specialist

PART TIME POSITION

SHIFT HOURS MAY VARY FROM 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT AND LOCATIONS MAY VARY BETWEEN EVERETT, BELLEVUE, AND/OR SEATTLE

JOB DUTIES: The primary responsibility is to provide health services within the fitness center /Industrial Athlete setting (applicant screening, program and facility orientation, appropriate exercise design, instruction and monitoring along with health coaching or referral on all related health issues/disease management. Skilled in emergency response and basic life support. When required and assigned, perform site focal responsibilities such as safety inspections, cleaning and preventive maintenance, payroll duties, group exercise administration and equipment inspection and maintenance management. Additional responsibilities include understanding and promoting all Well Being services, including referrals and promoting/coordinating campaigns. Able to work independently, problem solve, and think critically to support organizational objectives.

Typical Educ/Exper:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
