Multi-media Graphic Designer

**U.S. Citizen or Greencard**
**Full time - 40 hrs/wk**

JOB DUTIES: Develop innovative concepts, project strategies and creative deliverables. Interprets multi-functional requirements and formulates recommendations. Guides concept and design communications solutions for high profile projects.

The applicants need the following -

Strong knowledge of:
- Brand and corporate identity, communications solutions, User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) design, HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, W3C web standards and user centered design

Working knowledge of:
- PHP, MySQL, ActionScript 3, MAMP environment, Prototype, Scriptaculous, MooTools, Joomla

Software Proficiencies
- Adobe Creative Master Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, ActionScript 3), Microsoft Office Suite

Reviews the modeling/prototype design visual communication for customers' strategic plans. Consults with design director, customers and business partners on the awareness of styles and trends in the design industry for image and identity issues.

Leads the development and integration of digital media, special effects, animation and other visual images. Consults with customers to interpret digital media requirements. Leads testing of design parts. Provides creative branded solutions for high-level design projects. Develops strategy with the business partner on communication plans.

Creates and produces formats. Implements configuration control systems.

Recommends final format graphic elements. Defines and organizes communication information. Designs production requirements and clarifies project deliverables.


JOB SKILLS: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
