Support Structures University and Structures Design Engineering leadership. Candidate must be adept at interpersonal relationships, working within teams, adaptive to varied assignments and have excellent organizational skills. Position requires building strong working relationships both internal and external to Structures Engineering and work effectively with leadership and employees.

Provide support to Structures Core Leadership team.
With limited supervision, assembles data from multiple sources using applicable schedules. Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations (e.g., export compliance, intellectual property agreements, etc.) and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials (e.g., presentations, briefings, management reviews, newsletters, status reports, communication media) to customers.
- Consults on, and performs a variety of support services (e.g., administration, communications, policy and procedure review, process documentation, facilitation, forms design, web design, etc.).

JOB SKILLS: Typical Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in MS Office suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
MS Access preferred.
Technical editing capability desired. Web design and publish capabilities desired.
