JOB DUTIES:
Applicant should be effective working in a cross-functional team.
Applicant should also be effective at communicating ideas to various levels of leadership and should be able to perform the duties below with very little direction.
Applicant will be responsible for shop loading, capacity planning, production readiness assessments, rate studies, metric creation and reporting out, conducting and aggregating data from time studies, feasibility studies, modeling, data analysis and aggregation.
The applicant will be responsible for tracing parts and tools through the factory and will also be responsible for forecasting equipment, staffing, and material needs.
JOB SKILLS:
Applicant should be a fast learner, driven, and have a positive attitude.
Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education required with some degree of work experience with the job duties outlined in posting.
Applicant should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be very analytical and process oriented in nature.
