**U.S. Citizen or Greencard**
JOB DUTIES: Works with other team members to analyze and evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials; Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities and ensures accuracy and quality of training products. Develops computer based training (CBT) courseware; develops flight simulator lessons, student guides, instructor guides and briefing materials.
JOB SKILLS: Pilot with Turbo-jet instructor background, preferably with airline experience
Familiar with the ISD process.
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with normal desk top software programs
5+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
