The Company is actively seeking a Mid-Level Reliability, Maintainability, & System Health (RM&SH) Engineer for the Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC-3) Seeker program in Huntsville, AL.

As a member of RM&SH on PAC-3, you will support the design, manufacture, test, and sustainment of state-of-the-art missile technology. Position Responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve upon an existing Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) database using Windchill Risk & Reliability software.
• Become an expert in the FRACAS database and the data therein.
• Compile weekly FRACAS deliverables using Microsoft Access and Outlook.
• Participate in recurring Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Government customers.
• Allocate and predict failure rates using MIL-HDBK-217 or similar methodology.
• Perform Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risk of system failure and support proposed changes in design using MIL-STD-1629 or similar methodology.
• Review supplier submittals from a RM&SH perspective.
