Position Description

The Business & Supply Chain Systems (BSCS) organization is seeking a motivated individual with strong technical and analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills to support the International accounting system in the St. Louis, MO office. The Systems Technical role is responsible for supporting deployment of International sites, interpreting functional requirements to create technical system enhancements, resolution and root cause analysis of system problems, and assisting with core team support issues. The ability to adapt and learn new methodologies is highly desirable.
Supports software integration by executing test procedures of moderately-complexity code to identify and document problems. Uses software tools to generate software products (e.g., software builds, requirement specifications, design documents) and solve problems. Designs, constructs, documents and checks moderately-complex software code using software development environment tools and programming languages. Executes and documents the results of moderately-complex software tests. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles and analyzes data to support assessment of software performance/function. Collects and inputs data for software metrics. Works under general direction.
Performs research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify technical solutions for application defects and/or system designs. Consults with functional peers and/or customers to clarify requirements or to design the solutions. Interprets and translates functional requirements into technical solutions. Develops and executes system tests to validate code and/or configuration works towards specifications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• 2-3 years’ experience as a team member on complex, integrated projects
• Experience working as a technical analyst supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite release 12.1 or higher, PL/SQL,.Net, Cognos Report Studio

Education / Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
