Position Description:
**Requires the ability to obtain Interim Clearance (Pre-Start) and Final Clearance (Post-Start)**
Opening for an experienced software engineer to work in a Product Owner role. A Product Owner is required to work closely with the individual agile teams and specifically the technical lead engineer to plan and organize the work required based on program requirements received from our Product Leads. This position requires the ability to understand the feature details and breakdown the requirements into high level designs that can be implemented by junior engineers on the agile teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with F-15 Aircrew devices used to train pilots how to fly and operate the various F-15 systems. The software team functions as a large scale Agile Team and is responsible for developing the aircraft simulation and system software for F-15 International customers, including Singapore, Korea, Saudi Arabia & Qatar. This development includes incorporating the newest F-15 aircraft technologies into high-fidelity integrated simulators to support international customer's Aircrew Training needs.
The job covers the complete software development life cycle from requirements analysis through integration, test and selloff to the customer. The Company Agile Software Process (BASP) will be utilized, so experience with BASP or other Agile implementations is desirable.

Requirements:
Qualifications
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US
Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Experience with C++, C, Ada, FORTRAN, Real-time Embedded Software Development
- Experience collaborating with technical lead engineers to breakdown requirements into work that can be completed during a 2 week sprint cycle.
- Experience planning large features over multiple sprints and guide the development and demonstration of those
features.
Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
