Position Description

We would like to have a Logistics Data & Publication Specialist join our team. The Logistics Data & Publication Specialist evaluates engineering data for supportability for a new or fielded major equipment system or multiple sub systems; establishes and sustains data elements associated with the logistics support analysis record; reviews and analyzes equipment usage data to identify failure or maintenance task impacts. The Logistics Data & Publication Specialist also develops or updates all publication elements and may work with multiple customers; conducts engineering analyses to verify the accuracy of maintenance/repair data; develops and provides technical solutions to customers. In addition the Logistics Data & Publication Specialist develops procedures and techniques to allow users to maintain and repair products; provides input, changes and authors in various airplane maintenance documents such as the Maintenance Planning Document, Task Cards, and others and participates in organizational activities that influence the Aerospace Industry. Airline maintenance experience is preferred.

Requirements

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
