Position Description: Brushless Motor Design Engineer 10+ years Experience in role. Responsible for engineering activities required for brushless DC motor design and development. Advanced ability to analyze motor electromagnetics, electrical and mechanical performance, stress, DFMEA, optimize motor design to meet requirements, knowledge of advanced analytical methods for modeling and simulation of motor performance. Leadership: Participates as a team member on various engineering projects, Product Development: Implements design changes to improve quality, performance, cost reduction, and standardization through analysis of designs and problem solving techniques. Knowledge Resource: Responds to direct or indirect customer inquiries regarding function and design and attends customer meetings. Innovation: Suggests alternative methodologies or techniques to achieving desired results. Local expert in assigned project. Health and Safety: Complies with requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

Requirements: Schedule: 1st Shift - 40 hours Special skills/Qualifications: Extensive brushless motor design experience. Education: Bachelors in Engineering required.
