Position Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Program Planner that will collaboratively support program production teams comprised of mechanical engineers, purchasing agents, subcontract administrators, design engineers, test technicians and other necessary support personnel to produce quality space hardware on time and on budget. 40% - Plan, create and maintain manufacturing schedules according to the Production Plan. Use internal ERP/MRP system (Cincom) to create and maintain program schedules. 20% - Track both raw materials and finished parts through assembly and shop areas and final shipments to customers. 20% - Identify concerns and issues with potential scheduling impacts. Relay information to team members. 10% - Participate in weekly production status meetings. 10% - Participate in configuration control boards and cost reviews. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical products. Must be familiar with MRP and have proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel. Good problem solving ability and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Education: Requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations Management or other related discipline and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
