Position is 100% on-site.

The Technical Project Engineer (TPE) will lead, manage, and integrate the development and implementation of a new means of compliance on the 777-9 airplane program. Specific tasks as directed by the TPE, will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure Network Security MoC will be met and accepted by the regulators for the systems teams and suppliers
• Develop and manage integrated Project Schedule
• Lead CCB / PR boards
• Lead Change Vehicle activities
o Tech study, scoping (costs, flows, groups impacted)
• Requirements management focal (DOORS, Process, Training)
• Config management focal (SW, Docs, Process, Training)
• Lead any DO-178, DO-160, DO-254 activities (CMP, PSAC, QTP, HVP, SOI audits, etc)
• Budget tracking/management
• Risk/Opportunity tracking/management
• Lead all design reviews
• Manage supplier SOW and performance
• Develop aircraft integration plan and lead execution
• Maintain and present project status
• Lead weekly project meetings (Leads, Progress to Plan, Management)
• Manage requirements flow down and traceability (GTR, Marketing, Industry, Airworthiness Directives, Network Security Special Conditions to Systems, HW, SW)
• Provide additional Systems Engineering expertise as needed (CONOPS, architecture, SSA, requirements, V&V)
