**Assignment is contingent on contract award.**

Provides on-site Company representation and technical support for airframe and airframe-related systems on the F/A-18 aircraft for the USMC. Uses multi-disciplined technical expertise and company product support resources to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the operation and maintenance of the F/A-18 aircraft. This includes: the resolution of maintenance and operational issues, the development of ad hoc training, the evaluation of maintenance procedures, providing technical guidance on and recommending new or revised troubleshooting procedures for the F/A-18 airframe and airframe-related systems. Leads the technical support for airframe and airframe-related systems including F/A-18 systems: Fuel, ECS, Hydraulics, Mechanical Flight Controls, Landing Gear, Structures, Egress, Power Plants, and Secondary Power System. and assists the company in investigating product problems; determining the cause and developing and implementing corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction with Company products and services.. Performs troubleshooting procedures for airframe and airframe-related systems on the F/A-18F and E/A-18G aircraft. Understands customer expectations and acts as the on-site liaison between Company and customer personnel. Works unsupervised for extended periods of time in a variety of cultural and economic environments. At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short-notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work.
