Position Description

Ability to maintain security clearance is required. However, the candidate does NOT have to have an active Secret Clearance.

Detailed working knowledge of MS Project, For Project, and MS Excel software. Detailed working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Prior experience working with functional areas to establish project task durations, develop predecessor / successor relationships and identify critical paths for Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Knowledge of MS project capabilities to resource loaded tasks in the IMS. Ability to export MS Project details to MS Excel for use in other financial or project planning software.

Detailed understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) to measure project performance. Work with functional organizations to maintain IMS and status EV.

Develop charts for Program Manager to show project EV metrics as project evolves.
