Position Description
Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
Specific Duties: Develop and conduct Initial, Transition and Recurrent cabin safety training of customer cabin crews to include: cabin door trainers, Computer Based Training, academics and lectures. Analyze engineering documents to prepare courseware tailored to customer airplane configurations. Effectively train customer cabin attendants and instructors in the safe and correct use of emergency equipment installed on airplanes. Provide accurate technical information using state-of-the-art procedures, training equipment, and methods. Represent Company in the industry and with regulatory agencies as a subject matter expert on flight attendant training.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Travel: Typically four one-week assignments per year to instruct at Company Training campuses and/or customer locations worldwide.
