Position Description

JOB DUTIES: Partner with hiring organizations to provide services required to hire, rehire and/or transfer both internal and external applicants to meet Company business hiring needs and Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines
Provide consistent communication to hiring manager on status of requisition, quantity and quality of the applicant pool and offers
Perform resume screening for the hiring organization and ensure that a manageable and qualified applicant pool is provided
Proactively identify and/or create recruiting opportunities to find candidates, both locally and nationally
Participate in the development and execution of attract strategies
Represent the job requisition and related skills to candidates and applicants
Identify passive candidates


JOB SKILLS: Very knowledgeable of CRM technology and complex boolean search strings. Ability to understand a broad spectrum of jobs with focus on engineering. Must be able to create recruiting strategies.

**Periodic travel to participate in recruiting events - mostly in the South East**
