Position Description
** Manager is looking for someone with approx. 3 years of experience, preferably from a large agency or an agency in a major city. Candidate must have good technical skills (adobe suite, html…) Manager prefers someone with both marketing software experience (Eloqua, Aprimo)**
Position Purpose:
The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will oversee multiple, concurrent campaigns and projects of different scopes through all phases of the project lifecycle – with a focus on email marketing. Must be able to prioritize, manage, determine, and direct project scope definition, strategic alignment, marketing and communication medium selection, work implementation, change control and project close-out.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
1. Document campaign requirements and develop campaign proposals and presentations.
2. Coordinate email campaign schedule including creative, set-up, testing, deployment and monitoring of email delivery.
3. Complete final test and QA on all email campaigns for compatibility with web browsers and email clients; ensuring all links, images, subject lines and segmentations are correct.
4. Communicate agreed upon deadlines for copy, creative, approvals and production/fulfillment for digital and print campaign portions.
5. Assist in establishing new workflow and process improvements to ensure campaigns are high quality and are delivered on time.
6. Collaborate with online media advertising campaigns, internet search and third party service providers.
7. Build campaign reporting and performance benchmarks.
8. Utilize website analytics software to analyze web site performance and trends across multiple websites.
9. Enter marketing activities into enterprise marketing and CRM software system(s).
Additional Functions:
1. Collaborating on process automation, including trigger based campaigns, auto-responders, and lead nurture programs.
2. Perform other duties as assigned.
Operating Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Education & Training Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Experience Requirements:
• 2 years marketing or communications experience, with primary focus on marketing campaigns.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML. Email design experience a strong plus.
• Previous ad agency or client management experiences a plus.
• Experience with CRM and/or Marketing Campaign Management software (Aprimo, Eloqa, Unica) preferred.
• Advanced use of office applications, MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Intermediate analytical skills with ability to evaluate, understand and interpret data for actionable decisions to achieve business results.
• Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Ability to present ideas in a persuasive manner.
