U.S CITIZENSHIP OR GREENCARD REQUIRED
Works in a staff capacity to address administrative activities of a department. Participates in development of plans and objectives and gathers data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses meeting review/architecture, meetings and leadership briefings. Develops information on such items as budget status, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment and facility needs. Evaluates organizational administrative issues and identifies options and solutions. Acts as a focal for events and plans to increase employee satisfaction and morale.
JOB SKILLS: Proficient is Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data gathering and analysis, as well as creating appropriate presentation of data. Able to coordinate/facilitate meetings and events.
10+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
