Duties
Under limited supervision, coordinates the customer service relationship for large strategic clients. Acts as a liaison between client operational groups and internal functions, such as Distribution, Finance, Marketing, Contracts, Quality and Sales to ensure quality service.
Work is performed under general direction. Participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plan schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies.
Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Full knowledge of industry practices.
Skills
Prior customer service experience required 5 - 7 years. Good Communication and listening skills.
Prior experience working in a pharmaceuticals company a huge plus.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred.

6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
