Creates short-range facilities plans (e.g., site, office, manufacturing, lab, warehouse) by identifying and developing facilities options to satisfy project objectives (e.g., cost, schedule, location, conceptual layout, process/people flow) by working with the stakeholders and assessing resources (e.g., assets, space, budget, labor) in order to create the best value for the customer and the company.
Basic Qualifications For Consideration
Have you ever performed Office or Manufacturing Planning
Are you familiar with any of the following terms: WIP, Onion Chart, Lean
Have you been trained in the use of Auto Cadd version 2004 or later
Can you fluently operate the Microsoft 2007 or newer Office Suite of Tools
Do you possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
Typical Education and/or Experience
Level 2 - Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
