JOB DUTIES: Work with all groups within Maintenance Engineering representing the Maintenance Programs Engineering (MPE) group. Coordinate all aspects of MPE project management with Internal MPE stakeholders, Finance, Project Management Office, Work Statement Office, Design Engineering and New Airplane Programs. Identifies key stakeholder project objectives and requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including estimates of Statement of Work, Integrated Schedules, budgets and burn down charts demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., MS Project, Earned Value, BORIS, ETAC). Ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan. Provide assessment of team performance to appropriate management. Report status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and lead engineers. Perform project close-out and document lessons learned.
JOB SKILLS: Must have Project Management experience and be proficient in the skill. Education in Project Management and a background working in Aviation highly desired. PMP Certificate also desirable.
