JOB DUTIES: Manage multiple facilities projects at the Everett site, ensuring that cost,schedule, quality and customer satisfaction objectives are met. Develop plans, document detailed requirements, and establish project teams and structure for successful implementation. Utilize established Project Management tools and techniques; including earned value, risk management, configuration control, and work breakdown structure. Provide a high degree of customer focus and interaction, develop comprehensive work packages, and provide direction and coordination for cross functional team members, internal departmental focals, and other Site Services organizations. Develop and deliver presentations for customers and all levels of internal management, including Executive Management

Usually takes advantage of available resources (individuals, processes, departments, and tools) to complete work efficiently. Uses time effectively and rarely allows irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion. [ + ] Project Management Has general experience in the creation of simple project schedules identifying time frames for key project milestones
