JOB DUTIES: Works with managers to scope, and plan business process direction and data requirements. Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Experience in using process-based management methods, management systems and other metric data diagnostic methodologies required.
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers to determine data/metric needs.
Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their analytic data and metric plans.
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational metric requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and Global Staffing team through which metric requirements flow.

JOB SKILLS: Computer Skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Candidate must possess an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel to link data files, build pivots, and develop charts and experience with Microsoft Access to construct reports. Familiarity or knowledge of Crystal Reports is desirable to respond to requests for data.
Develop and extract staffing data for reporting from the Company Enterprise Reporting Tool (BERT).
Knowledge of Microsoft Project highly desirable.
Knowledge of e-mail/scheduling software applications.

Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
