**Position is 2nd SHIFT 2PM - 10:30PM**
JOB DUTIES: Performs required tool set up, maintenance, inspection and repairs. Manufactures assembly tools using appropriate precision tools and machinery. Operates various factory support equipment to move materials and tools as required. Uses appropriate precision equipment to build, maintain and inspect tools. Provides tooling support to other organizations. Designs various fabrication and assembly tools per part engineering drawings to enable tool fabrication using computer or paper tool design processes. Demonstrates functionality of fabrication and assembly tools to approving authority by manufacturing first part with new tool. Resolves problems with tool to produce acceptable parts and assemblies.
JOB SKILLS: High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
