Mechanical positions should have CATIA V5, SmarTeam, and structures, systems or payloads experience, and ideally 5-12 years experience. We are still looking for those with Lav and galley experience as well.
Design and develop galley structures and installed systems for long
term galley program on the MJET (Mitsubishi Program)
- Research aircraft configurations to ensure proper interface between
aircraft structure / systems and interior components
- Development of interior design concepts
- Work closely with program management and manufacturing
engineering on developing most efficient design relative to material
cost and labor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in applicable engineering discipline or equivalent
experience required
- Knowledge/experience of galley construction, components, system
installation and industry standard parts required
- Minimum 5-10 years aircraft interior design experience
- Interiors Experience (Galley/Lav experience required)
- CATIA V5 experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership, teamwork, organizational and communication
skills
- PC literate in Word and Excel
- Lifting requirement: 30 lbs.
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
