We are seeking instructors to staff multiple positions, directly supporting Learning, Training, and Development (LTD) Charleston in the delivery of instructor-led classes associated with several incoming 787 production systems/ computer applications These include, but are not limited to, ERPLN, VELOCITY, CATIA V5, ENOVIA, DELMIA, REDARS/EID/IVT. The training needs are in multiple job roles, including Manufacturing Engineer, Procurement, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Parts Management, or Quality. Instruct and assess the performance of students in classrooms and other training environments. Prepare students in order to perform their assigned tasks. Perform instructor duties in Charleston site potentially on multiple shifts. Work as part of a Charleston wide training group and support the standardization of delivery practices across the instructor pool. Act as Subject Matter Expert in the delivery of training courseware.
JOB SKILLS: Must be a self-starter and have the ability to adapt within a dynamic fast paced training environment. Must be comfortable presenting material in a classroom setting. Must have the ability to quickly learn to use multiple types of software to instruct. Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of tools is required. Training experience preferred. 787 experiences is a plus. Basic understanding of 787 Production Operations within BCA is a plus. Experience using any or all of the above stated systems is a plus. Ideal candidates have both relevant 787 production systems and appropriate job role experience.
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
