Job Duties:
This position will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, and evaluating inoperable F-16 Improved Avionics Intermediate Shop (IAIS) computerized test stations. Results of these findings will be documented in a detailed repair and parts list that will specify what is required to return the test stations to operable condition. This information will be presented to management for use in making further recommendations for corrective actions.
This is a 1 week overseas (non-combat zone) deployment that will likely consist of two travel days and three work days. Eight hours paid time will be provided for each day of travel.
Job Skills and Required Experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing F-16 IAIS test benches is required. Intermediate level F-16 avionics and previous military experience are highly preferred. Candidates must possess an active US Passport.
