JOB DUTIES: Position is for the Chinook International Programs. Desired skills include experience & knowledge of: Chinook customer(s); certification. Experience with CEEDS and IMAN is preferred.
Serves as the subject matter expert for the development, maintenance and release of electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data by applying Company, industry and governmental standards for multiple customers. Proposes innovative solutions for emergent technical issues. Uses design tools to document and maintain configuration control of designs. Manages, creates, develops and maintains highly complex or specialized systems designs by preparing design layouts, modifying existing designs and integrating systems elements. Directs validation of complex engineering system design and functionality. Leads the process for product installation designs and part designs ranging from simple to complex. Coordinates activities and products with cross-functional groups, internal partners and external suppliers. Reviews and assigns work to others. Works under consultative direction.
JOB SKILLS: AA degree in related discipline and typically 9 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
No CAD/CATIA exp. required. If they know CEEDS it is a plus.
10+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
