Coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements. Reconcile expense reports, assist in reconciling credit card charges and verify payments to corporate credit card to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements. Maintain six conference rooms, track room schedules and suggest alternatives if different rooms are needed.
