Technical Data Developer

Performs the analysis and evaluation of engineering source data, vendor data, and customer data in order to direct the design, organization, and development of technical data required to operate and maintain aircraft, weapon systems, support equipment, training equipment, and non-traditional products. Analyzes and evaluates the impact of engineering changes on technical data. Provides technical guidance to identify source data issues to influence product designs and processes. Develops detailed outlines and guides the development of procedures for military and commercial maintenance and operations manuals. Performs data research, development and integration activities. Provides quality reviews and validations, conducts in-process reviews, and supports verification. Creates paper, Electronic and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (Cat II-IV) . Works under minimal direction. Works under minimal direction. This position may also support maintenance training development / delivery and Logistics Management Information analysis and reporting.

JOB SKILLS: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position requires Current Top Secret/SSBI Clearance (US Citizenship Required) or equivalent (Refer to Security Clearance Definitions link above). Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain program access. Security clearance upgrades and/or program access request will be initiated after applicant acceptance of the contingent offer. Applicants MUST include their Security Clearance Level, Investigation Type and Investigation Date clearly on their resume. Filling this requisition is contingently based on the applicants ability to obtain program access. Relocation to Dallas, Texas will not be authorized before appropriate access is granted.
