Overview

Seeking a skilled, professional, and personable Staff Analyst (Level 3/4) for a team of approximately 180 people, primarily supporting the Air Vehicle Leadership Team which consists of the Air Vehicle Director, three Senior Managers, and ten first level engineering managers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collect team performance metrics data; gather data from multiple sources to compile or create a variety of presentations (e.g., weekly and monthly reviews, audit responses, budget and capital planning, metrics) for management review and for tracking performance to plan; provide weekly and monthly visibility of team performance. Maintain team staffing tools and spreadsheets; develop, coordinate and continuously assess the overall architecture of team meetings and reviews to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information; work with leadership to determine the purpose and content of each meeting/review; coordinate and develop executive level briefings and utilize appropriate technologies to enable global interaction/collaboration. Provide design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events; participate in the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and morale (e.g., employee survey analysis and action planning, all-employee meetings, award programs, safety activities, open houses, tours, community events)

JOB SKILLS: Education: Bachelor's degree and 5 to 9 years' related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in an engineering work environment required. Must be highly proficient in MS Office tool suite, e.g. MSWord, MSProject, MSPowerpoint, MSExcel, etc. Must have ability to collect and interpret team performance metrics data. Must be willing to work flexible hours. Must have strong listening skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills. Must possess a positive attitude, be customer focused, and be creative in providing best solutions to meet customer needs
6+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
