With general supervision, assists in collection and organization of data. Assists in implementation as directed. Compiles data and posts information to various electronic information systems as needed. Monitors, tracks and records data activity to provide visibility. Assists in compiling data from various sources. Creates draft copies from data sources. Creates final documents for review and approval using multiple software tools. Internally distributes routine, non-sensitive information as directed. Processes requests for facilities, equipment and computer needs.
JOB SKILLS: High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ideal candidate has superior proficiency in developing Visio charts and utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. The successful candidate will also be detail-oriented and comfortable interacting with individuals and teams across various business units. The ability to manage multiple efforts while maintaining deadlines is required as is the ability to effectively communicate data/information in a streamlined manner
