Individuals will be required to lead the set-up and implementation of the Program Schedule and architecture. Initial responsibilities will be to coordinate the development of the Program schedules which shall include interfaces, resources allocation, team schedules, predecessor and successor logic, Schedule Risk Analysis and Critical Path Analysis. Individuals must understand the integration with Program and manufacturing environments. Upon completion of schedule development these individuals must be able to manage and adhere to all Earned Value Management processes and disciplines.
Selected individuals will be required to re-locate to Wichita, Kansas initially and then transition back to Everett, Washington approximately 6 months later.

Applicants must be proficient in using Open Plan Professional (OPP) and be able to import and export into OPP from Microsoft Project. Individuals must also understand the Monte Carlo Analysis and be able to run and interpret the model. Understanding and interpreting a Critical Path Analysis is required.
A Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
****Individuals may be required to travel between Wichita Kansas, Everett Washington and St. Louis Missouri.****
