Position

Overview

Potential to support the Puget Sound region though the primary work location is expected to be in Everett. Potential for revolving shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Deliver classroom industrial skills training and job simulation skills training using various media and methods.
Assess employee skills to meet certification and qualification requirements in compliance with Company and government regulations.
Follow all applicable administrative processes.

JOB SKILLS: Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and 4 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to correctly interpret drawings, documents, and work instructions.
Must have the ability to use Company's drawing system applications and the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
Must have a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are also required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ongoing change.
The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, fuel, oxygen, and mechanical systems/interfaces in the aerospace industry. Must also be able to apply logic and common sense when problem solving.

This includes:
Using math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions and algebra.
Knowledge and understanding of electrical theory, including Ohm's law, Joule's law, Kirchhoff's law, Lenz's law as pertains to AC and DC circuitry.
Knowledge of solid state devices and theory of operations.
The ability to analyze circuitry using Ohm's law, Joule's law, Kirchhoff's law, Lenz's law and their associated calculations.
The ability to safely troubleshoot energized and de-energized systems to detect electrical faults using applicable test equipment.
Knowledge of aircraft electrical and mechanical
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
