JOB DUTIES: Represents the Learning Training and Development organization to engineers, designers, managers, team leads, vendor employees, and executives. Assists the customer in the workplace with seminar creation, delivery and one-on-one coaching of CATIA V5 and associated applications. Demonstrates correct use of the Dassault Systemes PLM tool suite (CATIA V5, ENOVIA, DELMIA) to end-users. Uses results of performance analyses to develop measurable educational objectives. Ensures educational outcomes and instructional modules are consistent with engineering processes and methods. Provides recommendations to customers on current and future LTD courses. Teaches short courses/seminars to groups ranging in size from one person to several hundred people, including live demonstrations of the Dassault Systems Tool Suite. ENOVIA LCA experience required. Knowledge of Dassault Systems CATIA V5 Electrical and Mechanical Systems Workbenches required.
JOB SKILLS: Ability to learn and troubleshoot complex business processes composed of multiple software applications. Strong working knowledge of Dassault Systems ENOVIA LCA and CATIAV5 Product Lifecycle Management tools. Background in Spatial Integration concepts. Knowledge of how an engineering product moves through the product life cycle, including engineering release procedures. Knowledge of 3D Model Based Design (MBD) Geometry Creation processes, methods, and preferred practices. Ability to develop and deliver informal learning solutions (seminars) based on end-user skill gaps. Demonstrates customer service, teamwork skills, dependability, initiative, verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of CATIA V4 preferred. Knowledge of engineering processes, methods, and practices preferred.
