Experience with aircraft performance predictions in chart type format, as reported in Airplane Flight Manuals, Flight Performance and Planning Method, FLight Operations Handbooks, Air Force Technical Order Performance Appendices etc, NATOPS.
JOB SKILLS: Experience with Fortran based performance codes including code modification and checkouts. Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheet usage. Knowledgeable of multi-engine transport type aircraft performance predictions and flight characteristics. Experience with post-performance prediction plotting software such as Golden Grapher, Tecplot, etc. Past history of working with schedule and time constrained projects. MINIMUM BS ENGINEERING DEGREE IN AERO OR MECHANICAL.
7+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
