JOB SKILLS: Successful candidates possess experience and subject matter expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:
Electrical (installation, assembly, wire installation drawings/documents),
Fiber Optics, installation, cleaning, repair, splicing
Bond & Ground (Electrical Bonding, Aluminum & Composite Materials)
Hydraulics (Plumbing) High pressure systems, torquing, pressure testing
Structures Drilling, Countersink, Deburr, fastener installation/removal, shimming
Seal (body, in tank, application/inspection),
Composite (structural repair, including taper sanding, vacuum bagging, heat blanket cures, surface preparation, familiarity with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic, honeycomb.)
Hands on experience with one or more of the above disciplines
Must have the capability to effectively present learning solution content in a classroom setting as well as in a hands-on, shop-floor environment.
Must be able to understand and utilize drawings, documents, and work instructions.
Must have the ability to use REDARS, Product Standards Data System (PSDS) and the Microsoft Office suite of tools. Experience using My Learning or LMS preferred. Adult learning education/experience required.
Experience applying lean principles preferred.
Project management experience and use of program management best practices highly desired.
