Supports Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) Develops manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization. Conducts some producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements. Resolves technical problems. Deploys company Lean Enterprise analysis methods. Documents and communicates producibility best practices.
JOB SKILLS: Competency to effectively utilize Unigraphics system for interpretation of models. General knowledge of composite and metals assembly and fabrication. Good interpersonal skills.
