Review structural nonconforming materials, rejected parts, installations and tests to determine corrective action and to eliminate future discrepancies in aircraft manufacture sequence. Analyze prototype structural modifications and use mechanical engineering principles to correlate test data with analytical components. Analyze and substantiate structural integrity of proposed repair schemes for nonconforming metallic and composite aircraft structure through hand and computer analytical stress methods. Act as liaison between engineering (design) departments and manufacturing (production) departments to ensure compliance with engineering standards. Adhere to MRB (Material Review Board) and Quality Assurance procedures.
