Coordinates activities to support Supply Chain Management product deliverables, with focus on Business Intelligence. Enters, tracks and monitors customer requirements/inquiries using various methods to support delivery of products and services to customers. Identify and respond to customer supply chain management issues by troubleshooting and problem solving. Analyzes and implements the process, product, system and program enhancements and revisions in response to identified and collected customer, supplier and industry information. Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include performance. Processes requests from the organization's leadership for ad hoc supply chain performance and management metrics and data charts that are used to manage business operations. Performs data analysis to look for performance trends and process improvement opportunities. Works under general direction.
JOB SKILLS: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supply Chain Management/Supply Support experience with focus in data analysis, business intelligence, and formal education/certification in the use of Cognos and/or related information technology tools.
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
