JOB DUTIES: Will train along side seasoned technicians to produce composite parts in a manufacturing environment with high attention to quality and schedule. Various job techniques and requirements will be introduced common to the trade during this training period.
JOB SKILLS: Must be capable of being on your feet for an entire shift
-Must have full movement of hands
-Must be capable of being in physically awkward positions for uncertain amounts of time
-Able to interpret blueprints, process specifications and work orders
-Able to interact with a aggressive work team
11+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
