***Operations sequence planning
***2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
Develops, establishes and guides requirements for assembly, tooling simulations, systems integration and mfg configurations on composite structures. Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions. Plans for the arrangement of machines with plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan. Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques. Provides guidance to Engineering regarding design concepts and specification requriements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Confers with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, etc., to facilitate production processes. Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements.
JOB SKILLS: AA degree in related discipline an typically a minimum of 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Shipside experience; requires up and down all day, physically able to investigate build issues on the airplane;

- Experience w/ Boeing products preferred.
