Position Description: Company Global Services (BGS) in Seattle, WA is seeking a Flight Training Instructional Systems Designer to join the Learning Design Team. In this role, the focus will be on the analysis, design and development of new competency based training and assessment tailored flight training programs for 767 or 777 commercial models. Position Responsibilities: Designs, develops, manages, conducts and evaluates complex, specialized technical training materials, assessments and programs. Performs needs analysis and cost-benefit analyses and prepares and presents reports regarding the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and curricula. Provides extensive, specialized leadership, training, instruction, processes, tools and guidance in the performance of Instructional System Development (ISD) tasks.

Requirements: Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • 5+ years’ experience in the instructional design field • Ability to operate within a cross functional team to ensure standardization and completeness of objectives Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Experience performing analysis, designing, and developing flight or maintenance training programs • Commercial or military aircrew or maintenance experience • Experience with Competency Based Training and Assessment methodologies.
