Position Description: **Active Secret Clearance required to start** Leads and provides technical quality review of the development and documentation of mechanical and fluid systems and thermal environment to establish the system design. Leads activities to validate and verify mechanical and fluid systems requirements. Leads the development, maintenance or modification of system components'' designs/proposals to provide installation and detail documentation. Performs and documents analyses. Manages supplier development, test and production activities and directs the supplier to optimize integration and achieve program goals. Prioritizes, delegates and tracks performance and documentation of analyses of mechanisms/landing gear/ordnance components and systems selecting appropriate methods to validate or assess the design. Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts. Trains and coaches others. Works under minimal direction. Must be a local candidate that is able to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days WFH

Requirements: Required Skillset: o Must have Nx11 experience- 4-7 years o Must have an ENG Degree o 10years of Design experience o Must have lead experience Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
